2. Use of this website

Bookings for stays at Abbey Gate Studios are made via our third-party booking platform, Kross Travel (abbeygate.kross.travel). Any booking you make is a separate contract between you and us (or our booking agent), subject to:

• the specific booking, cancellation, payment and house rules presented to you at the time of booking on the Kross Travel platform; and
• Kross Travel's own terms of use for that platform.

We are not responsible for the technical operation of the Kross Travel platform itself, though we are responsible for the accommodation and booking terms offered through it. Please read the booking terms carefully before confirming a reservation.
